Terms of Service

1. Service Object

Knock-It is a notification assistance service via QR Code. It connects a scanning visitor to an owner via digital means.

2. Liability ("As-Is")

The service is provided "as-is". YesCorpo shall not be held liable in case of:

• Non-receipt of a notification (network failure, spam filter, Google Cloud outage).
• Dispute arising between a visitor and the doorbell owner.

3. Service Evolution (Freemium)

The service is currently provided free of charge (Beta). YesCorpo reserves the right to introduce pricing or paid subscriptions in the future, subject to reasonable notice communicated to users.

4. Banning

We reserve the right to block, without prior notice, any IP address or account abusing the service (doorbell spam, misuse), to protect our users.

5. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French Law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, only the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
